You can find her on Instagram @KaileyDelayne.

We have all grown up in a culture that shames folx for their bodies and their sexuality. Last month I replayed a popular episode with Dr. Don. He talked about the sources of shame and how it affects us and the larger culture. Reprograming these limiting messages takes time and effort, but there are specific things you can DO when shame rears its ugly head. In this culture, we are often shamed for any perceived difference whether that is orientation, identity, ability level, skin color… the list goes on. We don’t have to accept those messages of shame but the work to refuse them and counter their effects is ongoing. Kailey shares some tools in this episode.
